1.What file format we need to receive to make you offer?

STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, STP, STL are preferred. PDF will be needed for critical dimension making;

2.How can I get a quote?
You can send us email with your design or idea, and let us know the material, tolerance, quantity and surface finish you need and we will send you free quote for your consideration;

3.How can I make sure my design is safe?
We won’t leak any pictures or videos of the customers’ products without approval. And we can sign NDA (none disclosure agreement)  if needed.

4.If I only have hard sample, can you make parts for me?
Yes,  we can make design based on your samples, and send the drawing for your apprioval.  We will proceed making the parts for you after getting your approval.
